It's simple. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied, return the item(s) with the sales receipt within 30 days specify if you want a refund or exchange. Payment Payment for your order should be in the form of personal check, Money Order or bank draft in US currency or credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover Card). Note: If paying by personal check please allow up to 5 business days for the check to clear before we ship your order. SORRY NO COD ORDERS Order Shipment All flies will be shipped within 48 hours (if in stock). Please allow up to two weeks for all other accessories. We ship using FedEx and the US Post Office. International orders are shipped using FedEx Air Priority. All shipping charges, duty taxes, and/or custom charges are your responsibility. We have no control over the high cost of shipping. Each government has its own policy regarding duty and/or custom charges. Consult your local post office or government agency for details. Packaging All flies are labeled and identified when packaged. We pack for easy identification and to assure that they will arrive in undamaged condition, no matter how hard FedEx or the US Post Office tries to smash them. Out Of Stock We attempt to maintain an adequate supply of all items. Unfortunately shortages can occur. On the order form where asked, please note if you prefer a substitution or a refund. If no indication is made we will substitute the same pattern of a different size or another fly of similar style of equal or greater value. Catalogs and Mailing Lists If you change your address please let us know. We periodically announce specials and sales events through e-mail and mailings. We do not sell or share our mailing or e-mail lists. If you wish to be removed from our mailing list please let us know. |
